At CICRA Campus, we are convinced that cybersecurity education goes beyond a lesson—it's essential in today's highly interconnected world. In the session, students learned about actual dangers, such as cyberbullying, phishing schemes, safety online, how to report incidents, and their digital footprints. The session highlighted practical approaches for protecting personal data, identifying dubious online activities, and effectively addressing digital dangers.
A major highlight of the session was the conversation about Google footprints, during which students learned how their online actions create a permanent digital mark, affecting their future prospects. Moreover, the training offered crucial direction on reporting cyber incidents, making certain that students understand where to seek help if they encounter or observe online harassment or security violations.
CICRA Campus is dedicated to creating a more secure digital future by engaging with schools throughout Sri Lanka. This effort is a component of a broader aim to equip students with the information required to remain secure online and promote a culture of assurance and compassion in digital communications.
CICRA Campus persists in strengthening Sri Lanka’s youth to combat digital threats. As cyber threats grow, education continues to be the strongest asset in creating a secure, knowledgeable, and accountable digital generation.
Stay tuned as CICRA expands its reach, collaborating with schools nationwide to build a cyber-resilient community and help students navigate the digital world with confidence!
