- Course Withdrawal: Students must formally request withdrawal from any course within the designated period.
- Use of Campus Facilities: Students and staff must follow the guidelines for using laboratories, libraries, and other facilities.

- Acceptable Use of Technology: All users must adhere to the university’s acceptable use policy when accessing IT resources.
- Data Protection & Privacy: Personal data is handled in accordance with the CICRA Campus Privacy Policy.

- Employment Policies: All faculty and staff must adhere to contractual obligations and institutional policies.
