CICRA Campus, Sri Lanka’s pioneer in cybersecurity education, recently conducted impactful Cyber Security Awareness Sessions for students at Buddhist Ladies’ College and Horizon College. These sessions aimed to equip young minds with essential knowledge on digital safety, cyber threats, and best practices for online security.
With the rapid rise of digital technology, students are increasingly exposed to various cyber threats, including hacking, phishing, and social engineering attacks. Recognizing this growing concern, CICRA Campus took the initiative to educate schoolchildren on how to navigate the digital world safely while fostering responsible online behavior.

During the sessions, students engaged in interactive discussions, real-world case studies, and live demonstrations on topics such as:
✅ Safe internet browsing and social media practices
✅ Identifying and avoiding cyber threats
✅ The importance of strong passwords and multi-factor authentication
✅ Cyber ethics and responsible digital citizenship
The initiative was well-received by students and teachers alike, highlighting the need for continuous awareness in cybersecurity. As part of its mission to build a cyber-resilient future, CICRA Campus continues to conduct awareness programs across schools, ensuring that the next generation is well-prepared to tackle digital challenges.

We extend our gratitude to the management of Buddhist Ladies’ College and Horizon College for their collaboration in making this initiative a success. CICRA Campus remains committed to empowering students with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in today’s digital era.
